Employees: AUKOM training for employees in metrology, trained Six Sigma Greenbelts, trained 8D team members and team leaders in all areas, regular training to ensure our high quality standards
Process competence: Certification according to DIN 9001, standardized processes and methodological competence, component and process FMEAs, Poka-Yoke, application of statistical process control, standardized error and complaint management, risk-based test planning, lesson-learned processes and integrated knowledge databases
Technology: CAQ systems for quality planning, digital test equipment management with traceability, employee and order-related output systems, application-related test equipment and process development, digital tool management and monitoring including order-related traceability and tool life monitoring

Tactile measuring:
- Zeiss coordinate measuring machines, height measuring instruments, surface and contour measuring instruments
Optical inspection:
- 3D scanners for contour measurements against 3D models, digital microscope workstations for visual inspections, gloss level measurements for surfaces
Leakage tests
- Helium leakage tests via vacuum test (down to <1x10-11 mbar*l/s) or sniff test (down to <1x10-8 mbar*l/s), stress and pressure tests up to 15 bar
Further testing procedures
- In-house: hardness testing, magnetism measurements, conductivity measurements, volumetric flow testing, mass testing, spring forces, metallurgical investigations, assembly tests, etc.
- Through qualified partners: ultrasonic testing, CT or X-ray, stiffness testing, microstructure analysis, tensile and impact tests, chemical analyses such as XPS, Tenax, ICP testing, layer thickness measurements, etc.
