CNC Machinist
Training duration: 3.5 years
Become a specialist in state-of-the-art CNC technologies. As a CNC machinist, you will program, optimize, and control complex manufacturing processes for high-precision components for international high-tech clients.
At Kapplercnc, you'll be integrated into our teams from day one and get to know various areas of our company. This allows you to take on responsibility early, learn about different manufacturing technologies, and develop your own area of expertise. You'll complete the academic part of your training at the BSM vocational school in Mühlacker.

Your responsabilities
Setting up, programming and operating CNC-controlled lathes and milling machines
Create CAM programs and optimize manufacturing processes
Select and set up tools and prepare manufacturing processes
Reading and understanding technical drawings
Measuring workpieces and ensuring the highest quality standards
Servicing and maintaining machines
