Training at Kapplercnc
An important pillar of our corporate structure is the in-house training of specialists, who get to know various areas of the company during their training and learn a wide range of skills. Already during the training, the trainees are integrated into our departments in order to gain practical experience and to be able to take on tasks independently. We have optimized our training with the IHK Pforzheim over the years and have graduates with top grades.
Our aim is to train specialists according to our high standards and to teach them beyond the required performance. From 2024, in addition to training to become a cutting machine operator, we will also be offering training to become a metal technology specialist and a purchasing specialist for office management for the first time.
Metal Cutting Mechanic
As a cutting machine operator, you will become a professional in modern metal processing. You will quickly learn to operate high-quality CNC machines and program them with CAM programs. You will also gain insights into measurement technology and quality assurance. Your versatile high-tech workplace is waiting for you here!
Metal cutting operator
As a metal technology specialist, you are responsible for the precise processing of metals. Your area of responsibility includes setting up and operating lathes and milling machines. You work according to technical drawings, check the quality of the parts produced and carry out maintenance and repair work on the machines.
Office Manager
Your training enables you to handle a wide range of tasks in the office, be it in customer service, project management or general office coordination. This includes insights into purchasing, human resources, internal and external communication with employees, customers or suppliers, organization of office processes, invoice processing and work preparation and the planning and implementation of meetings and events.
